How to Open a Warranty Claim

  • Since AIMA sells exclusively through authorized dealers, your original dealer is your primary contact for warranty support, replacement parts, or service.
  • The dealer where you purchased your bike has the obligation to handle warranty service on behalf of AIMA.
  • If your dealer refuses to provide service, please contact AIMA directly at info@aimausa.com with proof of purchase and supporting photos/videos.

 Warranty Claim Process

  1. Start with your dealer: Contact or bring your bike to the authorized dealer where it was purchased.
  2. The dealer will handle diagnosis, warranty approval, and parts replacement with AIMA.
  3. AIMA provides warranty support directly to dealers first.
  4. If your dealer refuses or is unable to support you, contact AIMA at info@aimausa.com.
