AIMA Ebike Inc. – Limited Warranty Terms
This Limited Warranty is issued by AIMA Ebike Inc. and applies only to e-bikes purchased in the United States from an authorized AIMA dealer.
All warranty claims must be handled through the authorized AIMA dealer where the bike was purchased. Please contact your dealer directly for any warranty-related issues. If there is any difference between AIMA’s warranty policy and the dealer’s warranty policy, the dealer’s policy will take precedence.
We are committed to building durable, safe, and high-quality e-bikes. This policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to make a warranty claim.
Warranty Region
• This warranty is valid only within the United States.
• Only bikes purchased from authorized AIMA dealers are eligible for warranty coverage.
• Bikes purchased outside the authorized dealer network, or obtained as used, second-hand, or demo bikes, are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
Frame and Rigid Fork
Lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
Battery
400 charge cycles or 2 years from the original retail purchase date, whichever occurs first.
All Other Components
2 years from the date of original retail purchase.
What Is Not Covered
The following items and situations are not covered under this warranty:
• Bikes not owned by the original purchaser
• Labor costs for installation, removal, diagnostics, or service
• Paint, finish, decals, or cosmetic damage
• Suspension forks or suspension components
Consumable or Normal Wear-and-Tear Parts
Consumable or normal wear-and-tear parts include but are not limited to:
• Tires and tubes
• Brake pads and rotors
• Chains, spokes, sprockets
• Grips, bearings, freehub bodies
• Cables and housing
• Rubber moving parts
• Stripped bolts or threads
• Transmission gears
• Tools
Third-party components such as drivetrain, brakes, or suspension systems are covered by their respective manufacturers. Please refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Damage Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Accidents, crashes, or misuse
• Modifications or alterations to the bike
• Failure to follow recommended maintenance or service schedules
• Improper assembly or service by non-authorized mechanics
• Cosmetic issues caused by neglect or improper care
Warranty Claim Process
1. Contact Your Dealer
Warranty claims must be initiated through the authorized AIMA dealer where the bike was purchased.
2. Dealer Evaluation
The dealer will inspect the bike and coordinate diagnosis, warranty approval, and replacement parts with AIMA.
3. Manufacturer Support
AIMA provides warranty parts and support directly to authorized dealers.

AIMA WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING PHOTOS OR VIDEO of the damaged part.
This Limited Warranty is the exclusive remedy. AIMA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including lost time, inconvenience, loss of use, or personal injury.
