Additionally, we're excited to introduce the Big Sur Sport, a slightly more compact version with sportier features, including a sportier handlebar and a 7-speed Shimano gear set. It will retain the same long-range battery, high-performance brakes, UL certification, and all the other remarkable features that people love about the regular Big Sur. Charging your battery typically takes between 4 to 6 hours to reach full capacity for the battery on our Big Sur models. Please use only AIMA's provided charger to ensure safe and efficient charging. Using other chargers may not only harm the battery but also potentially void warranties. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your battery or charging process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your safety and the longevity of your e-bike are our top priorities.

In throttle control mode, the maximum speed is 20 miles per hour. You can choose from 5 levels of pedal assist in our Pedal Assist System (PAS), ranging from minimal assistance to a turbo-like boost in PAS level 5. With PAS, the Big Sur can achieve a top speed of 28 MPH.

The Serial Number of AIMA Big Sur is located near the crankset. The combination of 11 letters and numbers engraved on the bike body when you see through the hole of Crankset is the serial number of this e-bike.
