Territory Sales Representative
Company: AIMA Ebikes
Location: Nationwide
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 (Performance Incentives Included)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow AIMA’s dealer network within the assigned territory
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new independent bicycle dealers and retail partners
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and support their sales growth
- Conduct in-person product demos, dealer visits, and training sessions
- Represent AIMA at trade shows, dealer events, and industry expos
- Support dealer merchandising, floor placement, and inventory planning
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer support
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and dealer feedback
- Manage territory accounts and help dealers succeed with AIMA products
Qualifications
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory accounts independently
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the bicycle, e-bike, outdoor, or powersports industry
- Preferred: Experience working with dealer networks or independent retailers
- Required: Bilingual in Mandarin and English
