How long does a test ride normally take?

A test ride typically lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the dealer's test route, riding format, and the number of models you would like to try.

Is the test ride free?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome. However, we recommend booking in advance or contacting the dealer to ensure your preferred model is available.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one day in advance.

Please bring a valid photo ID.

Is there a minimum rider age?

We recommend riders be 18 years of age or older.

Are helmets provided?

Most participating dealers provide helmets. You're also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Can I test more than one AIMA model?

Yes. Please check with the dealer in advance to see which models are available. If multiple models are available, you're welcome to test ride more than one.

What happens if it rains?

If the weather is unsuitable, we recommend rescheduling your test ride to ensure the best riding experience.

Can I purchase an e-bike immediately after the test ride?

Yes. If your preferred model is in stock, you can purchase it immediately after your test ride.
