AIMA currently offers two exciting e-bike models in our lineup. Our
well-loved Big Sur model is available in two striking colors, Ivory
White and Matte Black. This powerful and stylish e-bike is perfect for
your adventures, exceeding expectations.
Additionally, we're excited to introduce the Big Sur Sport, a slightly
more compact version with sportier features, including a sportier
handlebar and a 7-speed Shimano gear set. It will retain the same
long-range battery, high-performance brakes, UL certification, and all
the other remarkable features that people love about the regular Big
Sur. New models are also on the horizon, so stay tuned for updates on
our expanding range of e-bikes. We can't wait to share these exciting

Charging your battery typically takes between 4 to
6 hours to reach full capacity for the battery on our Big Sur models.
Please use only AIMA's provided charger to ensure safe and efficient
charging. Using other chargers may not only harm the battery but also
potentially void warranties. If you have any questions or concerns
regarding your battery or charging process, please don't hesitate to
reach out to us. Your safety and the longevity of your e-bike are our
top priorities.
Registering your bike's serial number on the official brand website
provides proof of title, insurance claims and provides warranty
verification.

In throttle control mode, the maximum speed is 20 miles per hour. You
can choose from 5 levels of pedal assist in our Pedal Assist System
(PAS), ranging from minimal assistance to a turbo-like boost in PAS
level 5. With PAS, the Big Sur can achieve a top speed of 28 MPH.
The Serial Number of AIMA Big Sur is located near the crankset. The
combination of 11 letters and numbers engraved on the bike body when you
see through the hole of Crankset is the serial number of this e-bike.
